What types of businesses does OCE Facility Services work with?
OCE Facility Services works with offices, corporate headquarters, government and public sector buildings, education facilities, medical and healthcare sites, industrial and warehouse environments, retail and hospitality venues, and strata or apartment common areas.
Which areas do you service in Perth and Western Australia?
We primarily service the Perth CBD and metropolitan area, however we also extend across Western Australia, from Geraldton in the north to Busselton in the south, and throughout key regional centres. Talk to us about your locations and we will confirm coverage and mobilisation options.
Do you offer one-off commercial cleans or only ongoing contracts?
We offer both. Many clients engage us on an ongoing contract for daily or weekly cleaning, but we can also provide one-off deep cleans, post-construction cleans, or periodic services such as carpet and window cleaning.
Is there a minimum number of cleaning visits per week for commercial clients?
For most commercial facilities we recommend, and may require, a minimum of several visits per week to maintain hygiene, especially in high-traffic areas. However, we can design a schedule that fits your site, risk profile and budget.
Can you provide a free onsite quote for our facility?
Yes. We offer obligation-free site assessments where we review your floorplan, traffic patterns and cleaning requirements, then provide a detailed proposal and quote.
Do you provide services beyond cleaning?
Yes. OCE is a facility services provider, not just a cleaning company. In addition to general commercial and office cleaning, we can supply services such as commercial laundry, gardening and grounds maintenance, general maintenance and minor repairs. This allows you to simplify your supplier list and manage more of your facility needs through a single partner.
Can we bundle multiple services into one contract and invoice?
Yes. Many clients choose to bundle cleaning with services like gardening, maintenance or laundry. We can structure a single contract and consolidated invoicing while still giving you clear visibility of costs for each service stream.
What is included in a standard office clean?
A standard office clean typically includes vacuuming and mopping floors, wiping desks and horizontal surfaces, cleaning kitchens and break-out areas, disinfecting touchpoints, cleaning and restocking bathrooms, and removing rubbish and recycling.
Can you customise the scope of work for our office?
Absolutely. Scopes can be tailored by area, frequency and task, for example, daily kitchen and bathrooms, three-times-per-week workstations, and monthly detailed dusting or internal glass.
Do you clean multi-tenant office buildings and common areas?
Yes. We work with property managers, facility managers and body corporates to clean lobbies, lifts, stairwells, car parks, shared bathrooms, plant rooms, and other common areas in commercial and mixed-use buildings.
Can you supply bathroom and kitchen consumables for our office?
Yes. We can supply and manage toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, sanitisers, bin liners and other consumables as part of a bundled service so you never run out.
Do you provide window and carpet cleaning for offices?
Yes. We can schedule periodic carpet cleaning, floor scrubbing and sealing, high-dusting, and internal and external window cleaning as stand-alone services or integrated into your contract.
Do you provide cleaning for hospitals, clinics and medical centres?
Yes. We offer healthcare-grade cleaning that follows infection-control protocols, including surface disinfection, isolation/clinical area cleaning and appropriate waste handling in line with industry standards.
How is school and education cleaning different from regular office cleaning?
Education sites require child-safe chemicals, enhanced cleaning of high-touch areas, and careful scheduling around class times and events. We tailor our methods and rosters to minimise disruption while maintaining a healthy learning environment.
Can you meet government and public-sector compliance requirements?
We are familiar with public-sector procurement and WHS requirements and can provide evidence of insurances, certifications, risk assessments, and site-specific safe work method statements (SWMS) for government facilities.
Do you handle industrial and warehouse cleaning?
Yes. We clean warehouses, plants and light industrial sites, including machine-adjacent areas, loading docks, staff amenities and offices. We risk-assess each site and align with your safety protocols and access requirements.
Can you support multi-site national or state-wide contracts?
For larger clients, we can coordinate cleaning and supervision across multiple locations with centralised reporting, consistent standards and a single point of contact.
