The 2 Year Guarantee

When you buy a franchise from us, your site contracts are guaranteed for 2 years from the contract start date for that site.

However, This Guarantee is Conditional

It does not apply if a cleaning contract is lost for poor performance or if, in the customer's opinion, the franchisee's service was unsatisfactory.

The Guarantee Does Provide Cover in These Situations:

• Any situation where the contract is terminated for reasons beyond the franchisee's control; such as relocation, closure, down-sizing or liquidation.
• If the franchisee is not invited to negotiate, and loses the contract on price alone.
  

How Does The Guarantee Work, Time-Wise?

Example:

If, through no fault of your own, you lose a contract site one year after the start of your Franchise with us, we will find you a replacement site of equal value at no cost, and guarantee this new site for the remaining year of the two year guarantee period.
