Our commercial cleaning franchise operation was established on July 1 1998 and incorporated as Office Cleaning Experts (Franchising) Pty Ltd. The franchise operation is completely independent from our mainstream cleaning company which trades as OCE CORPORATE.

If you are genuinely interested in a cleaning franchise, you should do your homework.

Take a close look at each of the menu items, evaluate them and the opportunity as a whole, then compare with what others are offering.

If you choose us, we will send you:

• A Disclosure Document with details of our company, its owners, background and financial position.
• A sample Draft Franchise Contract.

If you wish to go ahead, you should consult independent advisers first, in particular an accountant and a lawyer.

At this point you are one to two months from being able to start with us as a Franchisee and we now put together a selection of suitable sites for you to select from.

Try It and See

If you have not cleaned before and are unsure if you would be right for this industry, we would be happy for you to do paid work experience on one of our sites for one week to see what it is like.

You need to be reasonably fit, energetic and healthy for office cleaning, and it's a very good idea to work a typical shift before committing yourself.
