Free New Business Leads

We are one of the few companies in the cleaning franchise business to give their franchisees FREE BUSINESS LEADS. Every year our franchisees receive many free leads. If they convert the business, it's theirs at no cost save for a monthly royalty of 12% on the new business value.

When comparing us with other franchise companies, remember our franchisees can often cover the cost of their initial fee from the money they saved in free converted leads!

Of course, if you would simply rather buy more business from us, the cost tables on page 16 show you the price. It's your choice. This can be a better option when you want a particular site, perhaps because it's closer to home.

Business Expansion Fees: The Easy Way To Expand Your Business

When you buy additional contracts from us, the good news is that the combined royalty and administration charge comes down to 10% of gross fees on additional business purchased over $66,000 gross inc GST p/a. This is generous compared to many other franchise operations where you'll find the monthly royalty rate does not change until you buy very large amounts of business.
