IIn the Perth and West Australian cleaning market OCE is well established with government and private commercial businesses. Today we are preferred by many companies to large national and multi-national cleaners.

We are considered a medium sized contractor by our industry peer group, The Building Services Contractors Association.

Our franchise cleaning company, Office Cleaning Experts (Franchising) Pty Ltd, was established over ten years ago and operates as a completely separate business, offering clients a very personal service.

Both companies are private and independent with no affiliations to any other trading entity.

Company Directors are Oliver Sellars (L.L.B) and Lavinia Scott (B.A). They bring legal, marketing, human resource and business administration expertise to the management team, ensuring that OCE has maintained its ISO 9002 quality assurance standard for nearly a decade.

OCE operates a unique performance management system called EQUIP.
